Annika Rosic Escalante
Annika started practising yoga in 2001, having tried most different styles it was when she stepped up the physical practice she quickly started realising all the amazing benefits that came with it! She went through some really stressful times while excelling her career in London within Finance, working long hours, studying at the same time, family, socialising, working out and much more, that she’s quite certain it the physical yoga practise that helped her stay steady and keep going. ‘It helped me find a balance, to de stress and find mental clarity’ in other words ‘Survive’. This is when she decided to change her life and gave up work and studies to go and become a yoga teacher. Yoga today is so much more than just a physical exercise.
Annika believes the best teacher is the one who is forever a student of yoga and of life. Her mission is to inspire and spread the physical practise of yoga as a stepping stone to healing and improving everyone’s state of health, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Together with Arturo they want to reach out to everyone. Anyone can do yoga, no matter size, age, injury, etc etc, if you can breathe you can do yoga.
