Esak Garcia has been a yoga devotee for nearly 20 years. On Feb 20th 2005 Esak became the 1st ever male champion of the Bishnu Charan Gosh Cup. Since then Esak has been conducting yoga seminars, coaching clinics and demonstrations internationally.
