Suzanne Lovern

Suzanne first started practicing yoga in search of a healing form of exercise to add to her weekly routine. It did not take long for her to realize that the work she was doing during practice was moving beyond her mat, and she was hooked. Suzanne has completed her 200 hour teaching certification in Vinyasa, or flow, yoga, from Down Dog Yoga in Washington DC. Suzanne’s upbeat, happy personality, strong personal practice, and hands-on approach to yoga, are just a few attributes that make her a very special instructor.
