About the Retreat
Join Wendy in the Mexican Riviera for six days and five nights of yoga, soul searching and heart opening!
This retreat is all about understanding elements of the heart and healing anything and everything in your life. We’ll dive heart first into the Heart Chakra and use Wendy‘s own unique style of teaching to create space for healing to occur.
Wendy’s sister was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014. This retreat was born out of a desire to help people heal, to connect and to embrace life. Wendy’s sister is continuing her battle and Wendy has committed to finding ways to help her sister in this process. Thus, a portion of the proceeds from this retreat will be donated to the fight against breast cancer.
Come and join us, bring your stories, bring your authentic self and get ready to open your heart!

About The Teacher
Wendy teaches yoga from the heart.
Her teaching style has a way of moving your body to quiet the mind and open the soul. Her commitment to all students is to help them find a path of healing. She’ll blend Vinyasa, Iyengar, bits of Kundalini and Yin with a fluidity and grace that only someone who grew up in a dance studio could provide.
Amidst the movement, you’ll hear stories that offer a down-to-earth approach to the spiritual elements of yoga. Spiritual themes are her passion and she is constantly taking new trainings and workshops to continue to connect with students at this level. After studying with Julie Rader and Mukti Yoga, she continued her education with Sean Corne, Maty Ezraty and Annie Carpenter.
Wendy now leads teacher trainings with Mukti Yoga School and teaches in Los Angeles California. She loves to travel and looks forward to sharing this journey with you.
