About the Training

Casa Om, Mexico

2) A shorter 60 minute version of the class.

Trainees will be taught to instruct the 26& 2 series with confidence, kindness, strength and clarity, similar to how our favorite teachers teach. Trainees will be given a copy of Siri Om’s dialog which is based on her 8 years of study with Bikram and 22 year practice, and inspired by her continued study with senior Bikram teachers . It will be used as a starting place to find your own unique voice. Trainees will be taught the fundamentals of hot yoga while also encouraged to find their own unique style. Our philosophy on the yoga is that everyone can do something and this yoga is for everyone. We will also cover modifications for injury and pregnancy. Through the asana practice we create strength, flexibility, and balance in our bodies. We cultivate energy and awareness to create fulfilling and balanced lives. We begin to feel that we are part of something much larger than ourselves and start to see our place in the divine plan of the universe.
