Relax, Rejuvenate & Renewal Retreat with Dawn Curtis & Denise Breed

March 13th - 19th, 2016

About the Retreat

Revitalize yourself with joyous movement! This 6 day journey invites you to leave stress behind and experience yourself in a gentle way with rejuvenating yoga practices, meditations, extraordinary vegetarian food made with love by a private chef, and surrounded by the beauty of the tropics of Mexico. You will be blessed with two yoga classes each day, daily beach walks, journaling, plenty of rest & relaxation time, and an opportunity to rediscover your true self. We will explore our practice as a path to opening the chakras as emotional and energetic centers, opening body, mind and heart to an experience of healing and connection.

What the retreat will entail

Two yoga classes each day, morning and evening. The evening practice will include Yoga Nidra for renewal. Some mornings will include yoga on the beach. Excursions to Tulum and to Ayurvedic Spa located in Cancun are optional.
