why yoga…
My first yoga class was at Yoga Flow and I was instantly hooked. I had been a gymnast most of my younger life and sadly, lost almost all of those skills. Yoga made me feel like I could get back to some of that flexibility again. And I did!!! After 7 years of inconsistent practice, a very difficult family issue made me search for solace. I tried a few ways to help myself with Yoga teacher training being one of those ways. It was a life-enhancing experience…in my top 10 of most important endeavors. I am a better person because it.

off the mat…
I love to cook, travel, enjoy my coffee time, read and catch up on “my shows”. My husband and I have been together since age 15, so spending time with him is always a highlight!

what to expect in Lisa’s classes…
My classes are inspired by all of my trainings and my love of anatomy. I want my students to feel safe, loved not judged, inspired by themselves Occasionally I will use essential oils to enhance the theme, sequence or mood of my classes.
