Grow In Gratitude Mayan Riviera Yoga Adventure

November 19th - 25th, 2017

About the Retreat

Step outside of your daily routine and join us for a deep dive into the frequencies of gratitude. The beaches of the majestic Mayan Riviera will provide the backdrop for a multi-directional journey, both inward to tap the source of your joy, and outward through an exploration of new and unique experiences, food, culture and historical wonder!

Our all levels, daily practices will include an enlivening morning session to awaken your senses and open your heart to the rich adventures we have planned, and an evening restorative practice to sooth and balance your physical and subtle body. Two instructors means plenty of personalized attention and direction to assist your practice. Over the course of the week we also will discover, set and energize clear intentions through personal reflection, breath work, and meditation.

Having collectively led over 10 retreats, we are so excited to join forces in guiding you through this retreat with expertise, passion, and a fun-loving spirit. Come ready to play, laugh, make new friends, and reach exciting levels of power in your practice, and in your life.

We will be “retreating” during the Thanksgiving holiday, and look forward to establishing powerful currents of gratitude in this exquisite part of the world. What we focus on expands, and this opportunity to give thanks is sure to pull in more opportunities to appreciate life long after our retreat concludes.

Come cultivate your best self, deepen your practice, and bask in the goodness that life has to offer.
