Slow Your Flow in the Mayan Riviera

April 2nd - 8th, 2017

About the Retreat

Are you ready? It’s time to recharge, replenish, and revive. Ferris Bueller wisely observed, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once and awhile, you could miss it.” We’ll start each day with our nourishing yoga practice to awaken, move energy in the body and align with the present moment. This practice will challenge and restore before ending with a sweet savasana meditation. This truly is a retreat is for every body. Whether you are new to yoga or you are an experienced yogi, we are going to explore the body by slowing down and breathing deeply which allows us to tune into the physical alignment and emotional depth each posture. This yoga practice allows you to connect to and care for your body, mind, and spirit. In the evenings, we’ll practice some gentle yoga and celebrate the day before our final evening meditation. Come give so much love to yourself that you can’t help but overflow with a buoyant energy that radiates to everyone you meet.
